The Liberation Tigers Black Tiger wing, which consists of members who sacrifice their own lives in suicide  attacks on major military installations and that have been set up the Sinhala government, in the Tamil homeland and it's surrounding waters. The Black Tigers have shown their dedication and sacrifice to the Tamil homeland by hitting at major military installations which are, difficult to be overrun by a conventional army or would result in the loss of many soldiers.
