et vejsidebombe-angreb, udført af en enhed fra en gennemtrængnings-gruppe (DPU)
under den srilankanske hær, ifølge rapporter fra Tamileelam politi. Angrebet
fandt sted på Mallaavi-Vavunikku'lam vejen i Vanni
kl ca. 12.30 søndag.
